Registration forms are distributed to every school prior to the registration period. Schools that are serviced by PAL/Park and Rec can also pick up forms at Red Morton Center. In addition, a Parent/Spectator Code of Conduct Form must be signed and turned in with the registration form for it to be complete. Karate and Boxing forms are available at the PAL Building. Refunds are up to the agency in which you registered and are on a case to case basis.

PAL Program Fees:
$40 per sport.
$160 per year PAL Boxing and PAL Karate.
(All schools serviced by PAL & Park/Rec must return forms to Red Morton.)

Boys & Girls Club(s) Fees:
Included with club membership.
(Hoover students must turn forms into Boys & Girls Club.)

SAL Program Fees:
$20 per sport for Clifford, Fair Oaks & Garfield School.
(Please return forms to the school that you attend.)
